Welcome as a Marketing Project Manager to us in the kitchen in Källby!

We are on an exciting journey where we work together to provide the world with good food cooked in the kitchen in Källby and strengthen our brands. We are now looking for someone who is great at driving projects, keeping teams together, following up on timelines – and making sure things happen. You enjoy a busy environment and are comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives at the same time.

The position is a temporary contract for parental leave with the possibility of extension. You will report to the Brand Team Leader and the position is based in Källby.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our marketing activities, launches, and events run according to plan. You drive projects from idea to execution – with both creativity and structure. You ensure that deadlines are met, that collaboration between departments works, and that nothing falls through the cracks.

You will work closely with the entire marketing team, the sales organization, external agencies, and other functions within the company. Your focus is on taking our plans from strategy to reality – whether it’s about a new campaign, a product launch, or a larger customer event.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in driving marketing projects and knows what it takes to get everything to land. You are self-driven, solution-focused, and enjoy working towards clear goals – preferably in a fast-paced environment. You are used to juggling many threads at once, but always keep an eye on structure, details, and the next steps.

We believe you are a person who gains energy from collaboration, enjoys a busy environment, and has an eye for both process and results. You are unpretentious and confident in the role of the spider in the web.

Desired Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in driving marketing or communication projects
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
